Our manufacturer certifications allow us to provide the best warranties in the industry. The warranties are provided by the manufacturer and cover both materials and labor costs, and are awarded immediately after our installation. For example, a torch-applied granulated polymer-modified bitumen roof system replacement would provide a manufacturer-issued 25 or 30-year material & labor warranty instead of the standard 15-year warranty seen across the industry.
